Timber is beautiful and durable, but it can suffer from rot, pest damage, weathering, and general wear over time. Our timber repair services restore damaged timber throughout your home.
We repair timber door frames, window frames, skirting boards, architraves, decking, stairs, pergolas, and other timber features. Where possible, we repair rather than replace, preserving the character of your home while addressing the damage.
Our repairs include cutting out rot and splicing in new timber, filling and sanding minor damage, replacing damaged sections, and treating timber to prevent future problems.

AREAS WE SERVE
Can rotted timber be repaired or must it be replaced?
It depends on the extent of rot. Small areas can often be cut out and filled or spliced. Extensive rot usually requires section replacement. We'll advise on the best approach for your situation.
Do you treat timber against future rot?
Yes, we can apply timber preservatives to repaired areas and surrounding timber to help prevent future rot, especially in areas exposed to moisture.
Can you match old timber?
We do our best to match timber species and grain. For repairs to be painted, matching is less critical. For stained or natural timber, we source matching timber where possible.
